Floor Manager

Cafe Roze is looking for a highly motivated, positive and experienced floor manager.
We are a high volume all-day cafe located in East Nashville, focusing on cocktails, wine, and incredible food!

Duties  includes but are not limited to:
- Overseeing day to day operations on the floor and making sure that service and staff are operating at their best.
- Monitoring adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring alcohol regulations are adhered to.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting is a must. Ability to come up with innovative but practical solutions to problems.
- Interacting with guests to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly.
- Overseeing the service of all guests in the restaurant and assisting in managing the delivery of food and beverage.

Qualifications:
Effective communicator
Proven leader demonstrating accountability and reliability
TABC Certification

Sous Chef

Cafe Roze is looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Searching for highly motivated and positive individuals, management experience not necessary but line experince is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

As a Sous Chef you will be working with and assisting our Chef de Cuisine.
You'll be responsible for assisting in managing the kitchen, receiving orders, expediting orders out and leading our culinary team. Requirements include but are not limited to:

- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication skills and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to make quick decisions and able to handle mutiple tasks at one time
- Passion for food!

Server

We are looking for a server to join our team! Must have weekend availability.  

We are an all-day cafe located in East Nashville, focusing on cocktails, wine, and incredible food! We are currently on the hunt for friendly and motivated individuals who have experience in high volume and fine dining to join our family.
